Meeting Rooms

The Daphne Public Library offers five (5) meeting spaces available for free to the public:

  • the Board Room offers a large table with a maximum capacity of 12 people 
  • the North Porch has a maximum capacity of 20 people
  • the West Porch and East Porch each have a maximum capacity of six (6) people 
  • the North, West and East porch are separated by partitions that can be opened for a combined maximum capacity of 40 people
  • the Community Room is our largest meeting space, with a maximum capacity of 55 people

Reservations must be made in advance by contacting our Booking Coordinator, Cathy Anderson. Walk-ins are welcome but are limited by reservations and scheduled library events.

HOA Meeting Room Contract

HOA groups meeting at the library are required to hire an off-duty Daphne police officer to provide security for the duration of their meeting. Information on hiring an off-duty officer can be found here.
