1. What is the City of Daphne’s sales tax rate?

The total amount of sales tax in the corporate City Limits of Daphne is 9.5% (4% to the State of Alabama, 3% to Baldwin County and 2.5% to the City of Daphne). At this time, the City of Daphne does not collect tax in our Police Jurisdiction.
