The City of Daphne has many beautiful passive parks, playgrounds and bay access areas to offer our residents & visitors. The city does not rent passive park facilities. Holding a birthday party or private event at one of Daphne's parks or facilities, such as gazebos and picnic areas, is available on a first come, first served basis. Each park is open to the public, therefore cannot be reserved exclusively.
All Daphne parks are open dawn to dusk, with the exception of our bay front fishing piers. Night fishing is permitted from public piers; however, night swimming is prohibited in these areas.
Please contact Daphne Public Works for any additional information.
