One of our goals in Daphne is to provide programs and events of interest to a wide range of citizens including adults, teens, children, preschoolers and seniors.

Adults can choose from monthly programs including the Jubilee Book Club, the Nonfiction Book Club, the Romance Book Club and the Mystery Book Club.  Resume and genealogy workshops are offered as well.  Fulfill your craftier side with our Cross Stitch Club, Yarn Group, or Art & Coloring for Adults and Seniors.  Try your green thumb with help from our Seed Library.

The Teen Advisory Board provides a forum for teens who enjoy writing or creating art, volunteering and meeting new people. Teens can enjoy an exciting Summer Reading Program (SRP) with guests and activities throughout the month of June.

Children can choose from a Lap Babies story time each week, two Pre-K story times each week, or attend the K-5th Book Club every Thursday. The children’s Summer Reading Program (SRP) is a great endeavor for the library, providing entertainers, arts and crafts, stories and more! Special children’s events include Trick or Treat @ Your Library in October and Santa Stories in December.
