Department of Finance Mission Statement:
The mission of the City of Daphne’s Finance Department
is to provide high quality financial information to all users,
both external and internal, by providing accurate, complete
and timely information regarding the City’s financial
condition and transactions.
The Finance Department seeks to enhance City operations through
strong internal controls and compliance audits leading to
financial management discipline and the pursuit of improved
operations.

Business License Ordinance 2002-26 was adopted September
3, 2002. The license is now based on gross receipts
with a minimum license amount of $100 plus a $5.00 issue
