Fitness Center
The Daphne Recreation Department provides a great workout facility to help keep the local community in shape and encourage a healthy lifestyle. The fitness center gives you an opportunity to meet people in the area and develop friendships. The center has six treadmills, two Elliptical machines, two recumbent bikes, two upright bikes, two stair climbers, strength training machines and free weights.
