A Message from the Mayor:

What a privilege it is to serve the citizens of Daphne! As we, the City, move forward we want to celebrate the Opportunity for Community. If you turn to Webster’s Dictionary you will find op-por-tu-ni-ty: a good chance for advancement or progress and com-mu-ni-ty: a unified body of individuals. That is exactly what we have to offer and build upon in Daphne. We are a unified body of individuals, and we are a community and this is our chance to progress. This effort is to bring together City Departments, City Employees, and Daphne businesses, Daphne Citizens together for communication, public relations, support and opportunity to volunteer! An opportunity for residents to have improved quality of life for themselves, their children and the future. An opportunity for businesses to thrive and grow in Daphne. A place where they can provide a service or product and at the same time provide for their own families. We invite you to be a part of Daphne – there is a place for you!
