Daphne offers several business park locations for area

sand and gravel, filters for petro-chemical uses, manufacturing

by a Strategic
Plan for Economic Development. The Industrial Development
Board of the City of Daphne with the assistance of the
Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance, a private,
non-profit professional economic development corporation,
is implementing parts of the plan, which include the
development of the new Daphne
Commerce and Technology Center located in the Malbis
area. The Center is a public-private partnership between
the Board and Spanish Trail Investments LLC and contains
225 acres located adjacent to I-10. Lot sizes in the
center range from 0.8 acres to 12 acres. Other business
