In Loving Memory of Dan Castrillo

In Loving Memory of Dan Castrillo
On December 5, 2012, the community of Daphne lost a very dear, genuine man in Dan Castrillo. A military veteran, Dan served the City of Daphne as a firefighter, a paramedic, and most recently as the city’s Fire Inspector. Dan was a graduate of the University of Alabama. He was a substitute teacher at Daphne High School as well as an EMS instructor at the University of South Alabama. He taught First Aid, CPR and baby-sitting classes at the Fire Department. Also taught Sunday School as a member of Christ the King church.

Dan leaves behind three children and a loving wife of 18 years. He will be incredibly missed by many, and certainly never forgotten.
