The Magistrates office and Municipal Courtroom are located at the Daphne Justice Center. The municipal court handles misdemeanor cases and traffic offenses for the City of Daphne.

Directions

Take exit 35 and go south towards Fairhope. Stay straight on Highway 98 for 4 miles. Go through the intersection of Highway 98 and County Road 64 (Daphne Ave.) and pass Eskamoe’s Ice Cream & Sandwiches. We will be your next left turn.
