Services & Information
Document Request Form: For requests for public information, this form must be returned to our office with appropriate information and signed approval of the City Clerk. Fill out and submit this form to our office via email, fax, mail or hand delivery. Please call with any questions.
Event Permit Application: This permit is for events including fundraisers, runs/races, and parades on public property (including parks). Fill out and submit this form to our office via email, fax, mail or hand delivery no less than two weeks before scheduled event. Please call with any questions.
Municipal Elections 2016
The City of Daphne Municipal Election will be held August 23, 2016, and if needed, a run-off election will be held on October 4, 2016. Polls are open on Election Day 7am to 7pm. As of March 21, 2016, the voting district lines have been changed by the Daphne City Council. (New 2016 Voting District Map)
The City of Daphne will provide BRATS bus pickup service at the Ruff Wilson Youth Organization, 1317 Johnson Road, and at Eastern Shore Baptist Church, 6847 Park Drive (West Parking Area), for those who need transportation to the Civic Center polling location only.
