The Magistrates office and Municipal Courtroom are located at the Daphne Justice Center. The municipal court handles misdemeanor cases and traffic offenses for the City of Daphne.

Office hours:
7:30 am to 4:00 pm- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
7:30 am to 3:00 pm- Tuesday

Court is held on Tuesdays at 4:00pm.

DIRECTIONS FROM I-10
Take exit 35 and go south towards Fairhope. Stay straight on Hwy 98 for 4 miles. Go through the intersection of Hwy 98 and County Road 64 (Daphne Ave.) and pass Starbucks. We will be your next left turn.
