SITE CONTAINMENT

Site Containment involves the implementation of site specific Best Management Practices (BMPs) to insure that sediment and construction debris does not leave construction sites. The City's Site Containment Inspector is responsible for inspecting all permitted home sites and commercial sites in Daphne ensuring site containment compliance. If a site has chronic non-compliance, the City can ticket the site or issue a stop work order until site conditions reach compliance status.
