| Potential Bidders may procure Specifications materials from the Engineer digitally at no charge OR upon payment of a deposit of fifty dollars ($50) per printed set. Potential Bidders are encouraged to request digital materials in lieu of printed materials. This deposit is non-refundable. The cost assessed for each set of Specifications materials shall be in accord with Title 39 of the Code of Alabama (1975). Contact Chris Lieb (clieb@liebengineering.com) to request a set. No Specifications will be issued to potential Bidders later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled bid opening. No questions from potential Bidders will be answered through addendum later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled bid opening.
