In the Library Community Room. The Life and Legacy of Wallace "Wallie" Valrie: From Bondage to Freedom. Narrated by Arnetta Lambert Sims, great granddaughter of Wallie Valrie. Presented by the Daphne Public Library. Join us for this Baldwin County History presentation by Arnetta Lambert Sims, who's family has been in Baldwin County for over a century. This talk presents the story of Wallace Valrie, who was born into slavery on the Greenwood Plantation in Baldwin County in 1832.
